The Capitana Key West Hotel

The location was ideal for our family trip, right by the beach, and we loved the cozy vibe of our room! The breakfast options were disappointing, mainly grab-and-go with limited choices 😔

The room was impeccable and new-fashioned, with a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a refrigerator. The staff were exceptional and pleasant throughout our stay. Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to other restaurants or excursions as well as Starbucks.

The room was cozy with a kitchenette, fridge, and microwave. Ocean views were amazing. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers and was super relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh options. The staff was helpful. The atmosphere? Perfect for chilling out!

Loved it. The staff and location were just perfect. Brand-new and beautifully decorated rooms in this hip new hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. Amicable personnel from cleaners to chambermaids and gave some tips about Key West.

The Capitana in Key West provided a delightful escape. Enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool and savoring tasty bites from the bar. One inconvenience was the limited beach access, but the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made my stay memorable.

The hotel feels oddly sterile, lacking any real personality-no plates or glassware in the kitchen area, just plastic. The tiki bar didn't have the ingredients for popular cocktails, a letdown, and the only way to get to the lobby from the slippery parking lot was to walk around or risk a tumble up a wet hill. While the pool is nice for a dip, the inability to go into the Gulf from the hotel seemed like a missed opportunity. Lastly, room temperature control was an issue. It remained uncomfortably cold unless the balcony door was left open.

The stay was great overall! I loved the rooms, especially the king-size bed, and the pool was a highlight for my kids-they had a fantastic time with the noodles provided. The gym could use some improvement in space and flooring, and it was a bit too far from the main attractions for my liking. The staff was helpful, and I appreciated having grocery stores nearby for snacks in the room.

The ocean views from my Queen Room with Balcony were amazing, and the pool area was like paradise. Friendly staff enhanced my experience. Only downside was limited beach access, but the ambiance made up for it.

My stay at The Capitana was exceptional. The staff treated me like family, the balcony view was stunning, and the Nespresso in my room was a delightful touch. I wish the breakfast had more flavor, but overall, it was a memorable experience in Key West.

From the heavenly sandwiches at the pool bar to the spacious rooms with fine ocean views, Capitana seemed like our own slice of paradise! Add to that the friendly staff and the perfect lounging vibes by the pool-total bliss.
